Here is the list of top Law Institutes in India for 2008. This is season of admissions for students passed out of SSC and HSC. Given that Internet has become a new medium for finding information about best colleges and Institutes in India, I thought I will publish this list for the benefit of students seeking admissions in top Indian Law colleges.
I am also planning to publish various different lists that will serve as a ready recknor for students looking to get admissions with top colleges in different streams.
This list has been compiled by different sources for 2008 and I am publishing it here for benefit of students. If you find ranking not appropriate or wrong, please leave your comment and I shall try to update and refine the list further.
Law is one of the most important streams and very different from regular science, commerce and Art colleges. In India corruption levels are very high among legal circles and due to these few corrupt lawyers, law as a stream is not looked upon in a very good light.
